  • spotted and black beans, red and green lentils, soy milk and cheese, and black eyed peas;
  • most nuts - peanuts, hazelnuts, cashews, pine, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, poppy seeds and sesame seeds;
  • buckwheat will add extra weight, and with it corn, and especially pasta made from Jerusalem artichoke and artichoke flour;
  • wheat in any form, rye flour and wild rice;
  • any olives, radishes, rhubarb and tomatoes;

  • melon, coconut, persimmon, pomegranates;
  • castor, corn, sesame, sunflower and soybean oils;
  • allspice, cinnamon and juniper, as well as ground pepper;
  • gelatin, ketchup and soy sauce;
  • soda in any form.

But you can drink coffee, wine and beer - they won’t make you fat.
